Derek Fisher and Faith

 

 

Derek Fisher, point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers NBA basketball team, talks about his winning 3-point basketball shot during the 2009 NBA playoffs – and the reason for his success… his faith, along with his family and friends praying for him back home.

While I watched this game I realized we all need to exhibit our faith as Derek did, and we all need the prayers of our family and friends. Just think of where you would be if someone… your mom, your dad, or your grandparents… had not prayed for you. For me, I know the prayers for me have worked!
